Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of foxivex.com and Foxivex’s (“we”, “us”) AI business process automation services. By contacting us through the site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. We operate from Israel, and these Terms are interpreted under Israeli law.
1. Services
Foxivex builds, configures and supports AI automation solutions for business processes: virtual receptionists, sales agents, messaging bots and other scenarios described on the site. The exact scope, timeline and pricing for each engagement are agreed individually with each client in a separate proposal or contract.
2. Payment
Setup and support fees are calculated individually per client and set out in a commercial proposal or contract. The calculator on the website provides an estimate only and is not a binding offer.
3. Cancellation & refunds
Cancellation and refund terms are defined individually in the contract with each client. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees for work already performed or services already delivered are non-refundable.
4. Intellectual property
All content on foxivex.com (text, design, code, trademarks) belongs to Foxivex unless stated otherwise. Ownership of AI solutions built for a specific client is governed by the separate agreement with that client.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Foxivex website or services to:
- Engage in unlawful activity or infringe the rights of others
- Attempt unauthorized access to Foxivex or client systems
- Distribute malware or spam through the channels provided
6. Limitation of liability
Foxivex makes reasonable efforts to ensure the quality and availability of its services but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foxivex is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from use of the site or services. Detailed liability terms are set out in the individual client contract.
7. Privacy
Personal data handling is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation are subject to the competent courts of Israel.
