Privacy Policy

Last updated October 23, 2026

Foxivex (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This page explains what data we collect through foxivex.com, our contact forms and messaging channels (WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram), why we collect it, and what rights you have. We operate from Israel and follow the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981.

1. What data we collect

We collect data you provide directly, plus basic technical data about your visit.

  • Contact details from our request form: name, phone, email
  • Messages exchanged on WhatsApp, Telegram and Instagram when you reach out to us
  • Company details for B2B inquiries (company name, industry, scope of work)
  • Technical visit data via Cloudflare, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity: pages visited, actions on the site, device type, approximate location from IP

2. How we use your data

We use the data we collect to:

  • Respond to your request and prepare a proposal
  • Set up and support the AI solution for your business
  • Send service notifications and, with your consent, product updates
  • Analyze site traffic and improve the website

3. Cookies & analytics

The site uses Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager) and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site and to improve it. Clarity records on-page activity (clicks, scrolling, mouse movement) and builds heatmaps; by default it masks what you type into form fields. On your first visit a banner asks for your consent: until you click "Accept", no analytics cookies are stored and Microsoft Clarity is not loaded. In that state Google Analytics receives only anonymous, cookieless signals (Google Consent Mode). The site language and the calculator currency are chosen from the country Cloudflare detects from your IP address; the IP address itself is not stored for this. The language you last viewed is remembered in a functional cookie, fx_lang (up to 12 months), so the site opens in the language you chose; it is not used for analytics. If you accept cookies, we also remember where your first visit came from (for example a search engine or an ad) and attach it to any request you send us. Your choice is stored in your browser; to change it, clear this site's data in your browser settings and the banner will appear again. Cloudflare runs and protects the site and does not use identifying cookies.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. It may be shared with the following third-party services needed to run the site and communicate with you:

  • Cloudflare: website hosting and security
  • WhatsApp Business API / Meta: processing messages sent through messaging apps
  • Email service provider: sending notifications and newsletters
  • Formspree: delivering requests sent through the site's form
  • Google (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager): visit statistics
  • Microsoft (Clarity): session recordings and heatmaps

5. Data retention

We retain your data for no longer than 12 months from your last contact with us, after which it is deleted or anonymized unless a longer period is required by law.

6. Your rights

At any time, you can:

  • Request a copy of the data we hold about you
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Withdraw consent to receive marketing communications
  • Withdraw consent to analytics cookies (see section 3)

7. Data security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration or loss. Access is limited to staff who need it to do their job.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be reflected here.
